All services provided by Digi Web Zn are intangible and non-returnable. As a service-based business, we do not offer refunds for completed work or time invested, except under specific conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Project not started: If a project has been paid for but no work has commenced, a full refund (minus any processing fees) may be issued.
Duplicate payment: If you were accidentally charged twice, we will issue a full refund of the duplicate transaction.
Non-delivery of service: If we fail to deliver the service as agreed due to our own fault, and the issue remains unresolved after reasonable attempts, a partial or full refund may be offered.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
No refunds will be issued under these conditions:
If the client changes their mind after the project has started
If the client fails to communicate or provide required assets/information
If the project is delayed due to client-side issues
If the work is partially or fully completed as per the original agreement
For any monthly or recurring services (like SEO or maintenance), after the billing cycle has begun
4. Custom Work and Milestones
For custom projects split into milestones:
Each milestone completed and approved by the client is non-refundable.
Future milestones not yet started may be refundable, minus applicable admin and setup costs.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a service with at least 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle or development phase. Any ongoing work already completed will be billed and deducted from the potential refund.
